Design Notes

Adding the sequence of Avi-tag to the C terminal (either the N terminal) to the DSAOP. Avi-tag is a short peptide tag composed of 15 amino acid residues, which can be linked to a biotin by biotin ligase on lysine residues in vivo or in vitro to achieve biotinylation of proteins.


Source

DSAOP comes from Pinctada fucata belongs to the family of pearl oysters from the phylum Mollusca. This species is distributed mainly in the Guangxi, Guangdong, and Hainan provinces of China, the Taiwan Strait, and coastal areas of Japan.
